The application will give the users correct pronunciation of:

1. Names of people in different languages
1.1. Generic first Names
1.2. Full personal Names
2. Names of business and governmental entities (companies, organisations, municipalities, etc.)
3. Names of places (countries, cities, streets, mountains, rivers, etc.)
4. All recordings are done by users

Additionally Nomen offers a paid My Audio feature which will allow users to create their own personal recording. A QR Code will be generated for this audio file which can be shared with other users who can scan the QR Code and listen to your audio. This is a paid service and will require a yearly subscription. We will host your audio file and you can share your QR Code which will allow other users to play your audio. The price of the Subscription is quoted as a monthly fee. Payment will be charged to the customer’s iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription is auto-renewable regardless of use. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. The user’s iTunes account will be charged the monthly subscription renewal fee within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto- renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase. A cancelled subscription will result in access to premium features to the final date to which their payment has been made. There will be no pro-rata refund for the period from the date of cancellation to the end date of their monthly subscription.
